Zoo Animals
Residents living the Riverview area of Norfolk, VA aren't surprised when they look out their kitchen window and see an Elephant walk by. They aren't even rattled when a Lion's emphatic roar wakes them up in the middle of the night.
Most of the people consider the jungle sounds that echo throughout the neighborhood just one of the many quirky perks that come along with living next door to the Virginia Zoo.
The Virginia Zoological Park is home to almost 400 zoo animals and is one of our favorite Virginia Beach Attractions because of it's close proximity to Virginia Beach.
